The Regolith upgrade failed to be applied due to a misconfigured sequencer. Please upgrade to https://github.com/base-org/node/releases/tag/v0.1.3 to fix nodes.

Base Goerli Testnet will enable the Regolith Hardfork on 4/27/23 at 5:00:00pm UTC. Nodes will need to be upgraded to release v0.1.1 (https://github.com/base-org/node/tree/v0.1.1) in order to keep syncing. There is no expected downtime or impact to users who are not running nodes.
