Base Goerli Testnet will enable the Regolith Hardfork on 5/4/23 at 17:00:00pm UTC. Nodes will need to be upgraded to release v0.2.0 (https://github.com/base-org/node/tree/v0.2.0) in order to keep syncing. There is no expected downtime or impact to users who are not running nodes.
