The Isthmus upgrade will occur on Base Sepolia Testnet on Thursday, April 17th at 16:00:00 UTC. All Base Sepolia Testnet node operators must update to v0.12.0 (Geth) or v0.12.1 (Reth) before this activation timestamp or they will halt when the network activates Isthmus.
